Teens, it's an art contest just for you! It's simple: create a piece of art based on a banned book and you could win a $50 gift certificate to Art House Supply & Custom Framing and a banned book of your choice. See ala.org/advocacy/bbooks to find your favorite book for inspiration - or ask a librarian! Entry forms can be picked up at the library, Art Supply House & Custom Framing, or downloaded from the link below. Accepting entries from teens in grades 6-12 from September 1-15, 2022. Art will be on display at The Hive during Banned Books Week, September 17-24, including a special artist reception on Tuesday, September 20th from 6-7 pm.
