  1. Property Owners, or authorized appointees receiving the utility bill in their name, may complete and submit this form to change the mailing address the utility bill is sent to.

    After completing this online form select Submit at the bottom of the page to send it to the City of Durango, Customer Service Finance Department. If you have questions email at customerservice@durangogov.org.
