What happens if I am not appointed?
Your application will be kept on file in the City Clerk's Office for one year. Should another vacancy occur, you will be contacted and asked if you wish to have your application considered for the new vacancy. Do not be discouraged if you are not selected to serve on a board at this time. Many current board members will tell you that they applied several times before being appointed.
