Durango Sustainability Plan

2020 Sustainability Plan

The City of Durango is in the process of creating a new Community Sustainability Plan that is anticipated to be completed in late 2020 or early 2021.

In May 2020, a Sustainability Working Group comprised of representatives from local stakeholder organizations and members of existing Boards and Commissions was formed to guide the Sustainability Plan process. The Working Group has developed a draft plan vision and overarching goals, identified sectors for inclusion in the plan and conducted an initial community survey to solicit input on plan direction.
