The aerobics and indoor cycling studio features a suspension wood floor, mirrors, ballet bars, and is equipped with the most up to date fitness equipment.

The fitness area at the Community Recreation Center offers:

  • An indoor track
  • Cardiovascular equipment
  • Selectorized or pin-loaded weight equipment
  • Free weights
  • Get FREE instruction from a personal trainer on how to use the Fitness Equipment! 
    • Mondays, 10 am - 4 pm and 4:30 - 5 pm
    • Tuesdays, 9 - 10 am
    • Wednesdays, 11 am - 3 pm
    • Thursdays, 9 - 10 am
    • People can sign up for an appointment at the front desk. It’s free of charge and the Trainer will set-up the patron with a very basic workout plan.
